2. Personal data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our assessment form, we collect the following personal data that you provide voluntarily:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Preferred contact language
• Details about your situation: situation type, postal code, city, property size, deadline and requested services
• Photos and a short video of your property (optional)

3. Purpose of processing

We process this data to review your enquiry, to contact you about your request, to prepare an assessment or offer, and to communicate with you as a potential customer. The legal basis is the pre-contractual relationship and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 31 FADP).

4. Technical data

When you visit the website, your browser automatically transmits technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) that is necessary for the technical operation of the website. This data is processed by our hosting provider to enable access to the site.

5. Service providers

Hosting, database and backend: The website is operated on the Base44 platform, which provides hosting, data storage and the email delivery used to forward your enquiry to us. Your enquiry data is stored in the Base44 database and sent to us by email.

Fonts: The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When the fonts are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. We have no influence over any further processing by Google.

WhatsApp: Our website contains a link to WhatsApp. If you click it, you leave our website and communicate directly with WhatsApp; the privacy policy of WhatsApp then applies.

6. File uploads

Photos and videos you upload are stored in cloud storage provided by the Base44 platform so that we can review your property. Please do not upload images containing personal data of third parties without their consent.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking technologies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tracking, remarketing or profiling.

8. Data retention

We retain your enquiry data only for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and for the duration of any resulting business relationship. If no contract is concluded, we delete the data once it is clear that the enquiry is no longer relevant, unless retention is required by law.

9. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with the service providers listed above and where necessary to process your enquiry. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

10. Your rights

Under the FADP you have the right to information about your personal data, access to and copies of your data, rectification of inaccurate data, deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations), restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability.
